What we do

ResumeCraft AI is a set of browser-based tools for building, tailoring and exporting resumes and cover letters — plus the helpers around them: keyword analysis, ATS scoring, interview prep, application tracking, and formatting checks. Twenty tools in total, all free, all running locally.

Why we exist

Job searching is stressful, expensive and full of bad advice. We wanted a toolset that is genuinely free (no “free until you click download”), genuinely private (no accounts, no uploads), and genuinely honest (we never claim to write your documents for you, and we never promise interviews or offers). Every line you export is your own experience, presented with better structure, better verbs and better targeting.

How it works

Everything runs in your browser. There is no resume database on our side — nothing to leak, nothing to sell. The only storage used is your browser’s local storage for drafts, favorites and tracker data, which stays on your device and can be cleared at any time. See the privacy policy for details.

What “AI-assisted” means here

We use the term carefully. Our tools include smart helpers — keyword extraction, match scoring, structure templates, phrasing suggestions — that assist you in presenting your real experience. They do not fabricate experience, and they do not write your story for you. You review everything before you export it.

What we will never do

  • We will never promise that any resume or tool “guarantees” an interview, a job, or a salary.
  • We will never sell or share the information you type into these tools.
  • We will never put the core tools behind a paywall. A membership may add convenience features later; the essentials stay free.

Who we are

We are a small independent team that has been on both sides of the hiring table — as applicants and as recruiters. We build tools we wish we had during our own job searches, and we keep them lightweight enough to run anywhere, from a phone to a low-end laptop.
