How to use the Keyword Extractor

Paste the posting

The longer the text, the better the ranking. Include the full description, not a summary.

Read the skill chips

The most repeated terms are almost certainly screened on. Check each against your resume.

Weave them in naturally

Use the exact phrasing in your summary and skills list. Only include what genuinely reflects your experience.

Copy for your notes

Copy the full list into your job-search notes or a target-skills checklist.

Frequency ≠ importance

Some critical terms appear once but are essential (e.g. “React”, “CPA”). Add rare but role-defining terms manually.

Watch for synonyms

The ad may say “metrics” while you wrote “KPIs”. Cover both phrasings when both are true.

Never keyword-stuff

Repeating a term 10 times reads as spam to humans and can look dishonest. Natural, honest coverage wins.
