Keyword Density Checker
You don’t need every keyword to appear ten times — you need the right ones to appear naturally. This tool counts occurrences, computes density and flags both extremes: invisible keywords and suspicious repetition.

How to use the Density Checker
Plain text is fine — the Resume Builder’s TXT export works perfectly.
Take them from the job description’s “must have” list — the ones that define the role.
Green = natural coverage. Amber = too sparse, add the term once or twice. Red = stuffed, remove repetition.
Density is a diagnostic, not a target. Human readability always beats raw numbers.
Aim for 1–3% per keyword
That usually means one strong mention in the summary, one in skills, and one or two woven into experience bullets.
Phrases count as one word block
“Project management” should appear as the exact phrase, not split across “managed projects”.
Frequency isn’t honesty
If you truly don’t use a skill, don’t list it. Interviewers probe exactly these claims.
